1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Real Fake Girls, including the public gallery, NSFW areas, accounts, comments, reports, credits, image-edit features, and any related services. By continuing through account creation, using the site, entering NSFW access, earning or using credits, or submitting content, you agree to these terms.
The linked Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. The Refund Policy applies to purchases, and the AI Content Disclosure explains the synthetic nature of site content. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
2. Who can use the site
Real Fake Girls is an adult-oriented AI image gallery. You must be at least 18 years old and old enough under the laws of your location to create an account or use interactive features. Public SFW pages may be viewed without an account. The NSFW gallery and all NSFW media remain locked until a signed-in member separately confirms adult access and completes any additional age-assurance step required for their location.
You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. If adult content is illegal or restricted where you are, you must not access those parts of the site.
3. Synthetic AI content only
The site is built around approved AI-generated, synthetic, or AI-edited images. The people shown are intended to be fictional adult-looking synthetic characters, not real people. Tags, captions, titles, and descriptions are descriptive labels only and are not claims about real identity, age, nationality, consent, profession, or biography.
You may not use the service to create, request, upload, describe, or distribute real-person deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, celebrity or public-figure sexual content, or content that targets a private person.
4. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity from your account. Keep your login details secure. Do not share, sell, transfer, or abuse accounts. We may refuse service, remove content, limit access, suspend, or terminate an account if we believe it violates these terms, creates legal risk, abuses the platform, harms the service, or exposes other users to risk.
Usernames, display names, comments, and profile activity must not impersonate others, mislead users, contain illegal content, or be used for harassment, spam, scams, or evasion.
5. Prohibited use
- Do not request, upload, describe, or promote sexual content involving minors, minor-coded characters, school-age framing, or age ambiguity.
- Do not request, create, upload, or promote real-person deepfakes, impersonation, celebrity sexual content, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Do not request or submit content involving sexual violence, exploitation, trafficking, coercion, blackmail, doxing, or harassment.
- Do not submit prompts, comments, reports, usernames, or messages that are illegal, abusive, hateful, threatening, or designed to evade moderation.
- Do not scrape, crawl, mirror, bulk download, reverse engineer, attack, overload, spam, phish, or attempt to compromise the site or users.
- Do not bypass age gates, NSFW access gates, credit checks, rate limits, or protected-media routes.
- Do not upload malware, infringing material, illegal material, or content that violates a third-party license or platform rules.
- Do not resell accounts, credits, NSFW access, generated images, or service access without written permission.
6. Credits, NSFW access, and paid features
Credits may be purchased through the packages currently displayed by the service and may also be earned through any daily-credit option we continue to offer. The USD price and number of credits are shown before checkout. One credit currently pays for one private image edit. Free-credit availability, package availability, and future feature costs may change.
Credits are a limited, revocable digital balance used inside the site for eligible AI actions and any other feature that clearly displays a credit cost. Credits have no cash value, are not a bank account, are not stored value, and cannot be exchanged for money except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
Paid image features may produce variable results because generative systems are probabilistic. A credit purchase does not guarantee a specific visual style, pose, quality level, prompt acceptance, or permanent availability of any result. Prompt requests may be blocked by moderation or rejected for safety, legal, or technical reasons.
Joining a future card or bank (FIAT) payment alert authorizes us to email the address on your account about that availability. An alert is not a reservation, purchase, price promise, or guarantee that a payment method will launch. You can remove the alert from Wallet.
Crypto checkout
Credit purchases are processed through a hosted NOWPayments invoice. You must choose a supported asset and network, send the exact payment requested before the invoice expires, include any required memo or tag, and pay any wallet or network fees. Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, using the wrong network or address, omitting a memo, underpaying, or sending after expiry can delay delivery or make recovery impossible.
A payment is not complete merely because it was broadcast or received confirmations. Credits are delivered only after NOWPayments reports the payment as finished and our signed-notification checks succeed. Keep the provider payment ID and blockchain transaction hash until your credits appear. Do not reuse an old invoice address for a new order.
7. No refunds except where required
Before starting checkout, you must expressly request delivery of the credits as soon as payment is confirmed and acknowledge that any applicable withdrawal right ends once the digital service is supplied. We record that choice and the policy version presented with it. Accepting the general Terms alone does not replace this checkout choice.
Purchases follow the transaction terms shown at checkout and the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
8. Content moderation and enforcement
We use human review, automated checks, reports, blocked tags, source metadata, access gates, and other controls to keep the site synthetic-only, adult-only, and within the product rules. We may remove, hide, reclassify, delay, tag, reject, or restrict posts, comments, tags, generated outputs, accounts, messages, source imports, or wallet activity at any time when needed for safety, compliance, legal requests, platform policy, or operational quality.
We may preserve records related to moderation, fraud, safety, payment disputes, legal requests, and abuse prevention even if public content is removed or an account is deleted.
9. User submissions
If you submit comments, reports, prompts, contact messages, usernames, profile text, uploaded files, or other material, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to do so and that your submission complies with these terms. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, moderate, display, reproduce, modify, analyze, and process your submissions as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
Do not submit personal information about yourself or others unless necessary for account, billing, legal, or safety support.
10. Intellectual property, source material, and licenses
The Real Fake Girls name, interface, code, branding, design, and service structure are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, frame, scrape, or reuse the service except as allowed by normal browsing and these terms.
Some images may be imported, generated, or reviewed with private source, creator, platform, or license metadata for compliance purposes. We may remove content if a source license, creator request, platform rule, copyright claim, privacy concern, or other legal issue requires it or creates material risk.
11. Copyright and removal requests
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, violates your rights, resembles a real person, discloses private information, uses a source that should not be displayed, or otherwise should be removed, use the DMCA and Removal Policy and contact contact@realfakegirls.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the content and evaluate the request.
12. Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, remove, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Images, comments, tags, NSFW access, generated outputs, links, and features may be unavailable, modified, or removed without notice.
13. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any image, compatibility with every device, error-free operation, specific search rankings, specific AI outputs, or that all content will meet your expectations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Real Fake Girls and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; lost credits caused by rule violations; content removal; service interruptions; or third-party provider failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submissions, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misuse of someone else's rights.
16. Governing law
These terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law for the service and your location. Some consumer rights cannot be waived. If a section is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
