1. Contact for removal requests
Send copyright, license, likeness, privacy, safety, and content-removal requests to contact@realfakegirls.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the content and evaluate the request.
We are not currently listing separate public addresses for legal, support, DMCA, or privacy. Use the contact mailbox above for all removal-related requests.
2. Copyright takedown notices
If you believe content on Real Fake Girls infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes:
- Your full legal name or the name of the rights holder you represent.
- Your email address and any other reasonable contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact Real Fake Girls URL or other information that lets us locate the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or disable access to the content while we review the notice. Incomplete notices may delay processing.
3. Counter-notices
If content you submitted was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact email. Include your name, contact information, the removed content URL or description, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the appropriate court jurisdiction where required, and your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward counter-notices to the original complainant or relevant service providers where needed.
4. Source-license and creator requests
If you are a creator, platform, model owner, dataset owner, or rights holder and believe a source image, model output, gallery import, or metadata use violates your license, commercial-use restriction, attribution requirement, platform rule, or creator policy, contact us with:
- The Real Fake Girls URL or image identifier.
- The original source URL, creator page, model page, or license page if available.
- The specific license term, platform rule, or permission problem.
- Whether you request removal, attribution, source correction, tag correction, or another remedy.
5. Likeness, privacy, and safety removals
Real Fake Girls is intended to show synthetic AI characters, not real people. If you believe an image resembles you or someone else in a way that creates a privacy, safety, harassment, impersonation, or non-consensual intimate imagery concern, contact us with the image URL, a short explanation, and any context needed to evaluate the issue.
We may remove or restrict content quickly when a report involves minors, apparent minors, non-consensual imagery, real-person sexual impersonation, doxing, threats, or serious safety risk.
6. Repeat infringers and abusive submissions
We may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly submit infringing content, abusive content, false reports, bad-faith takedowns, or content that violates our synthetic-only and adult-only rules.
7. What happens after a request
We may remove, disable, hide, reclassify, restrict, tag, or keep content depending on the request, the evidence provided, applicable law, source metadata, safety risks, and platform needs. We may ask for more information before acting. We may also preserve records needed for legal, safety, fraud, or abuse-prevention purposes.
8. No legal admission
Removing, disabling, or changing content does not mean we admit liability, infringement, ownership, or wrongdoing. It means we reviewed the request and took an operational action.
