1. Credit purchases
The checkout shows the USD price, number of credits, payment method, and key conditions before you leave for NOWPayments. Credits are delivered to the signed-in account used to start the invoice after NOWPayments marks the payment finished and our verification succeeds. Before checkout, you expressly request that immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect on any applicable withdrawal right. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
2. Digital credits and completed purchases
Credits are a site-only digital balance. They are not cash, a bank account, or redeemable stored value. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a completed purchase is final after the purchased credits are delivered. Unused credits are not transferable, resellable, or refundable for cash merely because you changed your mind, stopped using the service, or expected a different generative result.
3. Crypto and payment-provider limitations
Crypto transfers can be irreversible and may involve exchange-rate movement, network fees, withdrawal fees, minimums, and provider processing outside our control. A wrong asset, network, address, or memo; an underpayment; or a late transfer may be impossible to recover. Do not send another payment or guess at a correction if the invoice becomes partial, failed, expired, or stuck. Contact us and NOWPayments with the payment ID and transaction hash.
4. Failed image edits
If an image edit fails after a credit is deducted and no usable result is delivered, the site normally restores that credit automatically. Credit restoration is not a cash or crypto refund. We do not restore credits solely because you dislike a valid result, regret the prompt, expected another style or pose, or submitted a request that moderation properly rejected before a charge.
5. When we will review a payment problem
- A duplicate payment was completed for the same intended purchase.
- NOWPayments reports the payment finished but the purchased credits were not delivered.
- The platform failed before credits were delivered or usable service began.
- A verified unauthorized transaction occurred.
- Applicable law requires cancellation, refund, or another remedy.
Review does not promise a cash or crypto refund. We generally correct a verified delivery problem by granting the purchased credits. A monetary remedy is considered only when required by applicable law or when an available provider process applies to a verified duplicate or unauthorized payment. We cannot promise recovery of a transfer sent incorrectly.
6. How to request review
Contact contact@realfakegirls.com with your account email, NOWPayments payment ID, blockchain transaction hash, date, amount, asset, network, and a clear description of the problem. Do not send a private key, seed phrase, password, or one-time security code.
